Refund Policy
At Benison Institute of Technology and Management, we aim to provide quality education and a transparent fee structure. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Course Fee Payment
- All course fees must be paid as per the institute’s guidelines at the time of admission.
- Payment confirms your enrollment in the selected course.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Course fees are generally non-refundable once the admission is confirmed.
- Refunds may only be considered under special circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Course cancellation by the institute
- Technical errors in payment
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Failure to attend classes
- Discontinuation of course by the student
- Lack of required performance or attendance
4. Course Transfer / Adjustment
- In certain cases, the institute may allow course transfer or fee adjustment to another course, subject to approval.
- Requests must be made within a limited time from the date of admission.
5. Refund Process (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days
- Refund will be made through the original mode of payment or bank transfer
6. Cancellation by Institute
If BITM cancels any course due to unavoidable circumstances, students will be eligible for:
- Full refund OR
- Option to enroll in another course
